Privacy policy

1. Summary

We collect as little as possible. The website has no accounts, no sign-up form and no payment form. Access to the indicator is handled on TradingView.

2. What we receive

• Messages you send us, by email or by private message on TradingView, including your TradingView username when you ask for access.
• Basic, anonymous website statistics, such as pages viewed and the country and type of device, if analytics are enabled on the site. These do not identify you personally.

3. What TradingView handles

When you request access, subscribe or pay on TradingView, TradingView processes that information under its own privacy policy. We see your TradingView username and the access you hold. We do not receive your card or payment details.

4. How we use it

• to grant and manage your access to CyclesX;
• to answer your questions and support requests;
• to understand which parts of the website are useful, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

5. How long we keep it

We keep messages and access records for as long as you use CyclesX and for a reasonable period afterwards to deal with any questions, unless the law requires longer.

6. Cookies

The website itself does not set advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and an analytics service, if used, may set its own cookies or similar technology. Links to TradingView and other sites are covered by those sites’ own policies.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@cycles.technology. Removing your data may mean we can no longer grant you access.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
