1. Who we are

CyclesX is a cycle analysis indicator for TradingView, together with this website and its learning material (together, "CyclesX"). CyclesX is provided by Omar Almahmoud ("we", "us"). By using CyclesX you agree to these terms.

2. What CyclesX is

CyclesX is an educational and analytical tool. It measures cycles in price data and draws projections, levels and signals based on them. It does not know the future, and nothing it shows is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.

3. Not financial advice

We are not a broker, investment adviser or financial planner, and CyclesX does not provide personal investment advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Please read the Risk disclosure before using CyclesX.

4. Access through TradingView

CyclesX is published on TradingView as an invite-only script (https://www.tradingview.com/script/rJd1SGOB-CyclesX/). Access is granted and managed on TradingView. Any paid access is sold and billed by TradingView under its own terms, including its payment and refund terms. Your use of TradingView is governed by TradingView’s terms of use.

5. Your use

You may use CyclesX for your own analysis. You may not:

• copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the script, its code or its output as a product of your own;
• share your access with others or try to get around access controls;
• present CyclesX output as a guarantee of results, or use it to mislead others;
• use the website or its content in a way that breaks the law.

6. Intellectual property

The CyclesX name, script, code, website, text, graphics and learning material belong to Omar Almahmoud. Short quotes with a clear reference to CyclesX are welcome. Anything more needs our written permission.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or stop any part of CyclesX at any time, including how cycles are measured and drawn. Updates can change readings on charts you have already set up. TradingView or other services CyclesX depends on may also change or become unavailable.

8. No warranty

CyclesX is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it is free of errors, that it will run without interruption, or that any projection, level, target or signal will be accurate or profitable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of CyclesX or from decisions you make based on it, including trading losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending access

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using CyclesX at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use CyclesX after a change means you accept the updated terms.
